Trick-or-treat end-to-end along the Bloomingdale Trail, or choose a section near you. Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail will provide “BOOmingdale Trail” Halloween bags and CAPS Officers from the 14^th and 25^th Districts will be part of the fun.
