When Charlie (voiced by Burt Reynolds) ends up in heaven after being killed by a rival, he cons his way back to Earth to team up with his old friend Itchy (voiced by Dom DeLuise) to prep his revenge, but must prove he’s worthy of a return trip to heaven.
