The Full “Wolf” Moon will rise at 5:13 pm and will display a minor Penumbral Lunar Eclipse event, which will reach its maximum at 6:44 pm low in the eastern sky. A slight darkening may be noticed and event ending at 8:54 pm.

Brightest night time star Sirius, the Orion Nebula, Brilliant Venus and Reddish Mars in the west will all be visible, with the Big Dipper standing on its handle. The Pleiades or “Seven Sisters” open star cluster will sparkle in telescopes.
