Join the Chicago Astronomer and the Chicago Park District at The 606’s Exelon Observatory (1801 N. Ridgeway) on the 19th of July in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Lunar Landing. Telescopes will be set-up to explore the cosmos, and scale models of the Apollo Space Craft will be displayed. Discussions and demonstrations on the daring 1969 Mission  space race to the Moon throughout the evening.

In case of inclement weather, viewings will take place Saturday, July 20th or Sunday, July 21st
